FCM Mobile is the mobile application for customers using the FCM Online customised version of the Serko Online Booking Tool. It is for travellers wishing to access their travel information using their mobile device and is also available for use on iOS, Android and BlackBerry. FCM Mobile is a key solution within FCM’s industry leading technology suite.

FCM Mobile includes a number of functionalities and these can be tailored to the traveller needs within your organisation.

The mobile application includes the ability to change your flights yourself using your mobile device, as well as view your itinerary instantly – online or offline.

FCM Mobile is an innovative mobile application that can be used by travellers globally through their mobile device, including iOS, Android and BlackBerry. FCM Mobile is a key solution within our industry leading technology suite


With FCM Mobile you can:

  • Book your travel on your mobile (subject to travel policy compliance)
  • Change your flight yourself (subject to fare rules and airline restrictions)
  • View your itinerary instantly - offline or online
  • Conduct online check-in on Air NZ, Qantas, Virgin, and Jetstar
  • Get GPS linked airport travel time alerts
  • Receive flight delay and cancellation notifications
  • Capture expense items online or offline (for customers of Serko Incharge)
  • Track your checked luggage with integrated Bag Locator technology

Travel Concierge:

  • ‘Travel Concierge’ is the default view that initiates 24 hours prior to departure and assists you with every step of the journey.
  • Browsable content from 3rd party travel suppliers
  • A range of push alerts that relate to flight delays, cancellations, and gate changes

My Trips:

The ‘My Trips’ view provides a standard linear view of every aspect of the itinerary.
  • Online and offline
  • City Safe (Health & Safety) rating for every trip, including a booking status
  • Drill into the details e.g. baggage allowance and meals


After registering with FCM Mobile, travellers can download the app to their mobile device from their app store (Android Marketplace, BlackBerry App World or Apple App Store). Once you have downloaded the app, your travel manager will email your itinerary to you, which will automatically load into the FCM Mobile app, ready for you to view, when and where you need.
