FCm releases results from annual client survey
FCm released the results for the annual Client Satisfaction Survey and is currently rolling out effective action plans for 2015 as a result.
"We are very proud that the survey generated a positive result with a 99.82% overall client satisfaction score." said Andy Jack, General Manager of FCm Travel Solutions New Zealand.
"The task of reviewing all the data to determine key areas in which to focus on is now underway."
Overall Account Management satisfaction in accessibility, knowledge and professional manner was an optimal 100% and travel bookers overall satisfaction with dedicated travel consultants was 98%, up 4% from the previous year.
The trend of using the online booking tool remains the preferred booking choice at 87%, with email a close second.
In general, the online booking tool was considered to be easy to use and provided relevant information with a good system speed.
For some there has been a voiced desire to see greater development in an online space and the good news is that this is an area of focus over the next year.
